Sales Manager (B2B Sales, Team Leadership, CRM – Remote, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring aSales Manager to lead, coach, and scale ahigh-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll oversee thefull sales process — from pipeline generation to deal closure — while managing team performance, coaching reps, and optimizing systems.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, manage, and motivate thesales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Set clearKPIs, activity targets, and performance expectations
  • Conduct regular1:1 coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Build ahigh-performance, accountable team culture

Onboarding & Training

  • Oversee onboarding and ramp-up fornew sales hires
  • Deliver ongoingtraining on sales processes, communication, and product knowledge
  • Improvesales scripts, playbooks, and best practices

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Monitorsales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvements at each stage
  • Ensure accurate use ofCRM systems and data tracking
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work withMarketing to align campaigns and lead generation efforts
  • Partner with leadership onforecasting and strategic planning
  • Collaborate withOperations and Customer Success for smooth handoffs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience insales management, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record ofleading teams and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of thefull sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
  • Experience withCRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data intoactionable insights
  • Comfortable workingremote during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience developingsales training programs or enablement materials
  • Experience inB2B, SaaS, or service-based industries
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience

Tools & Tech

  • CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Sales reporting and analytics tools
