About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring aSales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline growth through strategic prospecting and high-volume outreach.
This is a hands-on outbound sales role focused on:

What You’ll Own
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Build targeted lead lists using tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- ZoomInfo
- similar prospecting platforms
- Research prospects and personalize outreach messaging
- Execute outbound campaigns across:
- cold calling
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the sales team
Cold Calling & Outreach Execution
- Make 30–40+ cold calls daily
- Execute 60–100 outbound touchpoints per day
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain consistent outreach activity and follow-up discipline
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records using:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Zoho
- or similar systems
- Track:
- outreach activity
- prospect conversations
- lead stages
- follow-up schedules
- Ensure pipeline hygiene and accurate reporting
Outreach Optimization & Performance Tracking
- A/B test outreach messaging and email sequences
- Monitor:
- response rates
- conversion rates
- meeting-booked metrics
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Identify ways to improve engagement and pipeline generation

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
