CRM Management & Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records within:
- Salesforce

- Update:

- Remove duplicate records and maintain CRM hygiene
- Ensure reporting accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Support clean and organized sales workflows
Scheduling & Sales Coordination
- Schedule:

- follow-ups
- client meetings
- Coordinate calendars across multiple time zones using:
- Google Calendar
- Outlook
- Calendly
- Ensure meeting logistics are handled accurately
- Prepare sales reps with:
- schedules
- reminders
- supporting materials
- Organize internal coordination and follow-up activities
Proposal & Document Support
- Prepare, format, and proofread:
- proposals
- quotes
- presentations
- sales documents
- Support RFP and RFI responses using templates and existing resources
- Create polished sales assets using:

- PowerPoint

- Maintain organized documentation and version control
Reporting & Pipeline Tracking
- Generate:
- weekly reports

- Track:

- Ensure leadership has visibility into sales performance and activity
Communication & Follow-Ups
- Draft professional:
- follow-up emails

Cross-Team Coordination

💻 Requirements
Core Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in:
- sales support
- administrative coordination

- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform:

- Zoho CRM

- Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
- Proficiency with:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office
