Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn – Remote, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring aPerformance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimizepaid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full funnel — fromcampaign setup to optimization and scaling — with a clear focus ondriving leads, sales, and ROI.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Build and manage campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms
  • Plan and execute campaigns forlead generation, sales, and brand awareness
  • Create and testad creatives, targeting, and messaging
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams for consistent campaign execution

Optimization & Growth

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identifyoptimization opportunities
  • Run structuredA/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Optimizebudgets, bids, and targeting to improve ROI and efficiency
  • Stay updated on platform changes and best practices

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics:CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate
  • UseGoogle Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms for performance analysis
  • Build reports withactionable insights and recommendations
  • Use data to refine overall paid media strategy

Collaboration & Strategy Alignment

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns withbusiness goals
  • Contribute to integrated strategies acrosspaid, organic, and content marketing
  • Providedata-backed feedback on creatives and messaging

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managingpaid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Proven track record of improvingROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns
  • Strong understanding ofPPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Comfortable workingremote during U.S. time zones

Nice to Have

  • Experience withlead generation and e-commerce campaigns
  • Familiarity withCRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Experience withfunnel marketing and audience segmentation
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or ad portfolios
