Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn – Remote, U.S. Hours)
About the Role
We’re hiring aPerformance Marketing Manager who knows how to turn ad spend intoqualified leads and revenue.
You’ll ownpaid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. This is a hands-on role with clear accountability — not just managing campaigns, but improvingCPA, ROAS, and pipeline growth month over month.

Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, TikTok
- Design and executefull-funnel B2B lead generation strategies
- Launch campaigns end-to-end (structure, targeting, tracking, creatives, optimization)
- Writehigh-converting ad copy and collaborate on creative production
- Align messaging across paid, organic, and content channels
Optimization & Scaling
- Monitor campaigns daily and makedata-driven optimizations
- Run structuredA/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages
- Optimize budgets and targeting to improveCPA, CPL, and ROAS
- Identify and scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms, and privacy updates
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics:CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate (CVR)
- UseGoogle Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards to evaluate performance
- Build clear reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Translate data into strategy improvements
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns withrevenue goals
- Provide data-backed feedback on creatives and messaging
- Contribute to broader growth initiatives across paid, content, and lifecycle marketing
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managingpaid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Proven track record improvingCPA, ROAS, and campaign scalability
- Strong experience inB2B lead generation and pipeline growth
- Deep understanding ofPPC fundamentals (bidding, targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization)
- Experience withconversion tracking, pixels, UTM tracking, and attribution models
- Proficiency in:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Ability to independently launch and optimize campaigns end-to-end
- Strongad copywriting and testing mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience withCRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Funnel optimization and advanced audience segmentation experience
- Google Ads or Meta certifications
- Experience managing multiple accounts or large ad budgets
- Familiarity withcreative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
