Paid Ads Specialist (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn – Performance Marketing, Remote, U.S. Hours)
About the Role
We’re hiring aPaid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimizehigh-performing digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full funnel — fromcampaign strategy and targeting to optimization and reporting — with a clear focus onROI, lead generation, and scalable growth.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and executepaid advertising strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and scale campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conductaudience research, keyword analysis, and targeting strategy
- Forecast budgets and expected performance with marketing leadership
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Create, test, and optimizead creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize forCTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Run structuredA/B tests to improve performance
- Use automation features such asPerformance Max and Dynamic Search Ads
- Continuously improveconversion rates and campaign efficiency
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work withcontent, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Align paid media efforts withoverall marketing and brand strategy
- Stay updated on platform features and coordinate with platform representatives
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyzecampaign performance across platforms
- Prepareweekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify trends and provideactionable insights and recommendations
- Refine targeting, creative, and budget allocation based on data
Requirements
- Proven experience managingpaid ad campaigns (Google Ads and Meta required)
- Strong understanding ofPPC metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to makedata-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Comfortable workingremote during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Familiarity withautomation tools, scripts, and dynamic campaigns
- Experience withlanding page optimization and funnel strategy
- Experience managingad budgets of varying sizes
- Knowledge ofremarketing and multi-touch attribution
