This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands outbound prospecting, LinkedIn engagement, cold outreach, and high-ticket B2B lead generation. Youāll be responsible for identifying the right prospects, creating compelling outreach campaigns, and turning conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
Weāre looking for someone proactive, organized, data-driven, and highly comfortable owning outbound execution from research and messaging to engagement and optimization.

What Youāll Do:
⢠Build and execute outbound marketing campaigns targeting high-ticket B2B prospects
⢠Develop scalable outbound prospecting systems and outreach playbooks
⢠Research and build targeted lead lists using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
⢠Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and segment prospects strategically
⢠Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach channels
⢠Write personalized outreach messaging designed to generate qualified conversations
⢠Create LinkedIn content and thought leadership posts to support outbound engagement
⢠Engage with prospects and build relationships through consistent follow-up
⢠Monitor response rates, engagement metrics, and outreach performance
⢠Optimize targeting, messaging, and campaign structure based on performance data
⢠Build lead magnets and outbound content assets to improve conversion rates
⢠Maintain organized prospect databases, campaign trackers, and outreach systems
⢠Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to improve outbound strategy and pipeline generation
What You Bring:
⢠2+ years experience in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles
⢠Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospect engagement
⢠Hands-on experience using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
⢠Strong copywriting ability for outbound messaging, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
⢠Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns
⢠Strong understanding of B2B buyer psychology and high-ticket sales cycles
⢠Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
⢠Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
⢠Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused approach to work
⢠Comfortable working independently in remote environments
Nice to Have:
⢠Experience working with high-ticket B2B service businesses or agencies
