Marketing Coordinator (Salesforce, CRM, Marketing Ops, Lead Generation – Remote, CST Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring aMarketing Coordinator to supportmarketing operations, CRM management, and campaign execution.

This is aprocess-driven, execution-heavy role where you’ll manage data integrity, build prospect lists, and ensure marketing systems run clean and efficiently.

You’ll work directly with theVP of Marketing, helping createbetter visibility, stronger systems, and smoother campaign execution.

Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

  • MaintainCRM hygiene and data accuracy inSalesforce
  • Manage database structure and ensure propersegmentation readiness
  • Audit and clean marketing data regularly

Lead Generation & List Building

  • Build and audit prospect lists using:
    • ZoomInfo
    • Similar prospecting tools
  • Ensure lists are accurate, targeted, and ready for campaigns

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Executecompliant mass email campaigns
  • Support campaign infrastructure and tracking
  • Assist withemail drafts, publishing, and templates (Canva)

SEO & Website Support

  • Conductbasic website audits
  • SupportSEO-driven updates and content improvements

Reporting & Tracking

  • Build campaign tracking frameworks
  • Maintain visibility into:
    • Campaign performance
    • Lead data
    • Marketing metrics

Process Documentation & Optimization

  • Document marketing workflows and SOPs
  • Standardize processes for consistency and scalability
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Competitive & Market Tracking

  • Maintaincompetitor tracking databases
  • Support marketing insights and research

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Salesforce (data management, segmentation, reporting)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools:
    • Pardot / Account Engagement / HubSpot (or similar)
  • Experience using:
    • ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Experience maintainingCRM hygiene and marketing databases
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Ability to follow and documentstructured workflows
  • Comfortable workingremote during CST hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience supportingU.S.-based companies
  • Basic understanding ofSEO and website optimization
  • Experience withCMS platforms
  • Experience draftingmarketing emails or content support
  • Familiarity withCanva or light design tools
