Implementation Specialist (SaaS Onboarding, CRM/ERP Systems – Remote, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring anImplementation Specialist to leadclient onboarding, system setup, and successful product adoption.

In this role, you’ll guide clients from post-sale to full implementation — configuring systems, delivering training, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience.

If you’re strong inSaaS onboarding, project management, and client communication, this role gives you ownership of the entire implementation journey.

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Kickoff

  • Leadclient onboarding sessions, introducing workflows, timelines, and expectations
  • Gather requirements and confirm implementation scope
  • Build strong client relationships from day one

System Configuration & Setup

  • Configureaccounts, permissions, and integrations (CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, APIs)
  • Customize workflows, dashboards, and settings based on client needs
  • Test systems and troubleshoot issues before go-live

Training & Enablement

  • Deliverclient training sessions via Zoom or workshops
  • Createuser guides, video tutorials, and FAQs
  • Ensure clients are confident using the platform

Project Management

  • Manage implementation projects usingAsana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deadlines
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner withSales for smooth deal handoff
  • Work withCustomer Success for post-implementation transition
  • Collaborate withProduct/Engineering to resolve issues and share feedback

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Document implementation processes and best practices
  • Track onboarding performance (time-to-value, adoption rates)
  • Suggest improvements to workflows and playbooks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience inimplementation, onboarding, or technical project management
  • Experience working withSaaS platforms, CRM, or ERP systems
  • Strongcommunication and presentation skills
  • Experience deliveringclient training sessions
  • Proficiency with project management tools:
    • Asana
    • Trello
    • Monday.com
    • Jira
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable workingremotely during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience implementingSaaS solutions for SMB or enterprise clients
  • Technical knowledge ofAPIs, integrations, or SQL
  • Background insoftware, healthcare, finance, or professional services
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile)
