Head of Client Delivery (Client Success, Implementation, AI & GTM Systems – Remote, U.S. Hours)
About the Role
We’re hiring aHead of Client Delivery to own thefull post-sales lifecycle — onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term client success.
This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll leadclient delivery, manage implementations, and ensure measurable outcomes using modernAI-driven and GTM systems.

Responsibilities
Post-Sales Delivery & Implementation
- Own theend-to-end client delivery lifecycle from post-sale handoff through onboarding and adoption
- Ensure clients achievemeasurable outcomes and time-to-value
- Oversee multipleclient implementations while maintaining quality and timelines
Client Ownership & Accountability
- Act as the primary owner forclient success, satisfaction, and retention
- Serve as atrusted advisor to client stakeholders
- Managecomplex escalations and lead resolution strategies
Technical & GTM Enablement
- Partner withSales, Product, and Engineering on implementations and custom use cases
- Translate business goals intotechnical workflows and execution plans
- EnsureGTM systems, automation, and integrations are optimized
Process Building & Optimization
- Build and refineclient delivery processes, playbooks, and SOPs
- Identify risks early and proactivelyprevent delivery issues
- Help scale theClient Delivery and Success function
Leadership & Collaboration
- Align cross-functional teams acrossdelivery, product, and go-to-market
- Contribute tolong-term strategy for retention and expansion
- Drive continuous improvement throughdata, feedback, and insights
Requirements
- Senior-level experience inClient Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or GTM roles
- Strong understanding ofGTM systems, automation workflows, and integrations
- Experience working directly with clients inhigh-stakes, outcome-driven environments
- Strong communication skills with bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving andrisk management capabilities
- Comfortable workingremote during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience withAI tools and automation platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.)
- Experience scalingclient delivery or post-sales functions
- Experience managingcomplex technical implementations and integrations
- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
