Growth Marketing Manager (AI-Driven, SEO, Content & Social Media – Remote, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring aGrowth Marketing Manager to leadcontent, SEO, and organic growth execution in a fast-moving remote environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who canplan, create, and scale marketing initiatives while leveragingAI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and automation platforms to move faster and smarter.

You’ll work acrosssocial media, SEO, content, and marketing systems — driving consistent growth, improving workflows, and building scalable marketing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content Execution

• Plan and executeorganic growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Create and managemarketing content (blogs, PR content, social media assets)
• UseAI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for content ideation, copywriting, and repurposing
• Collaborate with designers using tools likeCanva to produce engaging visuals
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats to maximize reach
• Schedule and publish content usingBuffer or Hootsuite
• Track engagement and optimize content based on performance data

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

• Develop and executeSEO and keyword strategies to drive organic traffic
• Managebacklink strategies to improve domain authority and rankings
• Performcompetitor analysis and SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to improve search visibility
• Use tools likeSurfer SEO and Google Search Console to optimize performance

Website & Content Infrastructure

• Oversee website projects usingASTRO and headless WordPress
• Coordinate with developers to supportlanding pages, campaigns, and content publishing
• Maintain and optimize website content and performance

Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Manage and improvemarketing reports and performance tracking
• Support campaigns acrossemail marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations
• Track performance usingHubSpot, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
• Coordinate execution across teams using tools likeSlack and Asana
• Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, measured, and optimized

AI-Driven Marketing Execution

• UseAI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and campaign execution
• Integrate AI into workflows to improve speed and efficiency
• Apply AI for:
• Content ideation and drafting
• Research and insights
• Marketing automation and workflow optimization
• Continuously test and adopt new AI tools to improve performance

Requirements

• Experience insocial media management and organic growth strategies
• Strong experience incontent creation and content management (blogs, assets, digital content)
• Experience coordinating acrossmarketing, design, and development teams
• Proven ability to integrateAI tools into marketing workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools such asChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper AI
• Experience with:
• Social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Design tools (Canva)
• Marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
• Strong organizational and execution skills in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience withSEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO)
• Experience working withheadless CMS or modern web frameworks (ASTRO, WordPress)
