About the Role
We are seeking aGrowth Marketing Managerfor our client to lead marketing execution, content production, and marketing infrastructure.
This role requires anAI-first marketing mindset and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to improve research, content production, marketing automation, and campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is ahands-on marketing operator capable of independently executing initiatives while integrating AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to driveconsistent organic growth, scalable content production, and efficient marketing systems.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Execution
- Plan and execute organic growth strategies acrossInstagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Develop high-quality marketing content includingblog articles, PR content, and marketing assets that support brand visibility and organic growth.
- Leverage AI tools such asChatGPT, Jasper AI, and Copy.ai for content ideation, captions, marketing copy, and content repurposing.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging content using tools such asCanva.
- Repurpose long-form content across multiple platforms and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage scheduling and publishing of content using tools such asBuffer or Hootsuite.
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics and analytics.
SEO Strategy & Organic Growth
- Guide the company’s organic search growth throughcontent strategy and keyword planning.
- Develop and executebacklink acquisition strategies to strengthen domain authority and search visibility.
- Manage keyword strategy and organic search performance while performing competitor research and SEO performance analysis using tools such asAhrefs and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure website content supports strong organic visibility using tools such asSurfer SEO and Google Search Console.
Website & Content Infrastructure
- Oversee website development projects utilizingASTRO and headless WordPress.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure websites supportmarketing campaigns, landing pages, and content publishing.
- Maintain website content updates and continuously improvesite performance and content infrastructure.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Improve and managequarterly marketing reports and shareholder reports.
- Support marketing campaigns acrossemail marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations.
- Track marketing performance and campaign analytics using platforms such asHubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Coordinate execution acrossmarketing, design, and development teams using collaboration tools such asSlack and Asana.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are properlytracked, measured, and optimized.
AI-Driven Marketing Execution
- Leverage AI tools to acceleratecontent production, research, marketing analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Integrate AI into marketing workflows to increase speed and efficiency.
- Use AI for:
- content ideation and drafting
- research and marketing insights
- marketing automation and workflow improvements
- Continuously experiment withnew AI marketing technologies and tools to improve marketing performance.
Must Haves
- Experience insocial media management and organic growth strategies across major platforms.
- Strong experience incontent creation and content management, including blogs, marketing assets, and digital content.
- Experience coordinating marketing initiatives acrossdesign, development, and marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability tointegrate AI tools into marketing workflows to improve marketing productivity and execution speed.
- Familiarity with commonly usedAI marketing tools such asChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper AI.
- Experience usingsocial media publishing and design tools such asBuffer, Hootsuite, and Canva.
- Experience working with marketing platforms such asHubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
