Business Development Representative (BDR – Lead Generation, SDR, Pipeline Growth – Remote, Pakistan, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring aBusiness Development Representative (BDR) to drivepipeline growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting.

In this role, you’ll engage inbound leads, run discovery calls, and execute outbound campaigns to generatequalified sales opportunities for Account Executives.

If you’re experienced inB2B sales, SDR/BDR roles, and multi-channel outreach, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Inbound Management

  • Respond toinbound leads from marketing campaigns, website forms, and events
  • Conductdiscovery calls to assess:
    • Needs
    • Budget
    • Decision process
    • Timeline
  • Qualify leads using frameworks likeSPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Growth

  • Execute outbound campaigns using:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Apollo
    • ZoomInfo
  • Build and runmulti-channel outreach sequences (email, calls, LinkedIn)
  • Personalize messaging to increase engagement and response rates

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Schedulequalified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Nurture early-stage leads until they are sales-ready
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in:
    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot
    • Zoho

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track and report:
    • Activity metrics (calls, emails, outreach)
    • Conversion rates
    • Pipeline performance
  • Participate inpipeline reviews and strategy sessions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve outreach and qualification

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience inBDR, SDR, or inside sales roles
  • Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience with:
    • CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
    • Sales engagement tools and prospecting platforms
  • Strong discovery andconsultative selling skills
  • Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish communication
  • Highly organized andmetrics-driven
  • Comfortable workingremote during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience inB2B SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Familiarity withSPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger sales methodologies
  • Experience withhigh-volume outbound prospecting
