About the Role

Pavago on belaf of their client is hiring aB2B Graphic Designer who understands how to createhigh-performing static ad creatives for cold audiences.

This role is designed for a designer who can takego-to-market messaging, campaign strategy, and ICP insights and translate them intovisually compelling ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions.

You will work closely with marketing and growth teams to produce ad creatives used acrossLinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate understandsB2B advertising psychology, can design forperformance, and enjoys testing creative variations to improve campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Creative Design

  • Designhigh-converting static B2B ad creatives for platforms such asLinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta.
  • Translatecampaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies into compelling visual concepts.
  • Producemultiple ad variations to support A/B testing across headlines, visuals, layouts, and CTAs.
  • Create assets inmultiple formats and dimensions to meet the requirements of different ad platforms.
  • Maintain strongbrand consistency while tailoring creatives for different audience segments.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

  • InterpretIdeal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging strategies, and campaign objectives to inform creative direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to ensure creative assets align withcampaign performance goals.
  • Participate in campaign brainstorming and contributecreative ideas for new ad concepts.
  • Review performance insights with the marketing team and iterate on creative designs based on results.

Creative Production & Workflow

  • Manage multiple ad creative projects while maintaininghigh quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Build and maintain alibrary of creative assets, templates, and brand materials.
  • Develop designtemplates and repeatable frameworks for scalable ad production.
  • UseAI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, and creative workflows.

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience creating B2B ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio showcasingstatic ad creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, Google Display, or Meta.
  • Expert proficiency withAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/orCanva.
  • Ability to translatemarketing strategy and messaging into compelling visual designs.
  • Understanding ofB2B audience conversion principles, including messaging hierarchy, visual attention, and CTA placement.
  • Familiarity withAI design tools such asMidjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT to support ideation and creative workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working withperformance marketing or demand generation teams.
  • Familiarity with advertising performance metrics such asCTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Experience creatingmotion graphics or animated ads.
  • Background inSaaS, technology, or professional services marketing.
  • Experience using project management tools such asClickUp, Asana, or Notion.
