Appointment Setter (Lead Generation, CRM, Scheduling – Remote, U.S. Hours)
About the Role
We’re hiring anAppointment Setter to generatequalified meetings and support sales pipeline growth.
In this role, you’ll engage prospects throughphone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for sales representatives. Your goal is simple: keep the pipeline full withhigh-quality, sales-ready appointments.

Responsibilities
Lead Engagement
- Reach out to prospects viaphone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads based onbasic criteria (role, industry, need, budget alignment)
- Confirm interest and readiness before scheduling meetings
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule meetings using tools likeCalendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, or Outlook
- Managemultiple time zones and ensure accurate bookings
- Send confirmations, reminders, and handle rescheduling when needed
CRM & Data Management
- Log all activity inCRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Update lead statuses, notes, and appointment details
- Maintainclean, accurate, and up-to-date records
Collaboration
- Work withSDRs/BDRs and Account Executives to align on target prospects
- Provide clear handoff notes withcontext on prospect needs
- Share feedback to improve outreach and messaging
Performance Tracking
- Track key metrics:
- Calls made
- Emails sent
- Appointments booked
- Show rates
- Identify gaps (e.g., low show rates) and suggest improvements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience insales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with:
- CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Scheduling tools (Calendly, Chili Piper, Google/Outlook calendars)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to managemultiple calendars and time zones
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable workingremote during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience supportingSDR/BDR teams in high-volume environments
- Familiarity withsales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo)
- Experience inSaaS, marketing, or B2B services
- Knowledge ofsales methodologies (BANT, SPIN, Challenger)
