At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and detail-orientedAccountant to support invoicing, accounts receivable, cash flow tracking, and day-to-day financial operations.

This isnot a traditional bookkeeping-only role.

You’ll play a hands-on role in:

🔥 What You’ll Own

Accounts Receivable & Invoicing

• Process and issue invoices accurately and on time
• Manage accounts receivable and payment follow-ups
• Monitor:

• Support healthy cash flow through proactive collections and tracking

Cash Flow & Financial Operations

• Monitor:

Reporting & Financial Organization

💻 Requirements

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• QuickBooks
• accounts receivable
• invoicing
• payment tracking
• financial reporting
• Experience working directly with U.S.-based teams or leadership

Core Skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with:
