Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients remotely through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with tourism-related inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor in all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions to aid in service improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues remotely to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Participate in virtual training sessions to stay informed about tourism products and customer service practices.
- Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- You must clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
- You must be willing to live and work in Greece.
