Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients remotely through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with tourism-related inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor in all interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions to aid in service improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues remotely to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Participate in virtual training sessions to stay informed about tourism products and customer service practices.

• Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• You must clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
• You must be willing to live and work in Greece.
