As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Norwegian customers, providing high-quality support and assistance to enhance their banking experience. This role offers a chance to grow professionally within a forward-thinking company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with banking inquiries, account issues, transactions, and digital platform navigation.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.
  • Participate in continuous training to stay updated on banking products and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) and a B2 level of English are required.
  • Strong passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Previous experience in customer care, preferably in the banking or fintech sector, is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece; the company offers relocation assistance.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
