Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to FinTech products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training to stay up to date with FinTech product developments and customer service best practices.
- Relocate to Greece with full support provided by the company for a smooth transition.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
- A minimum of level B2 in English.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within FinTech or financial services, is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support.
