Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and general support.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
