Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate content submitted by users to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies.
- Interact with users by responding to inquiries and providing guidance on content moderation standards.
- Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant internal teams.
- Monitor content trends and user activities to enhance moderation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine community guidelines and improve user safety.
- Document and maintain accurate records of moderation actions for reporting and quality assurance.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest tools and best practices in content moderation.
- Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online community standards and user engagement strategies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
