Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead trade shows and event planning and execution for the Provider Solutions business unit, a critical part of PatientPoint’s customer engagement, acquisition, and retention efforts. The Trade Shows & Events Manager will collaborate with the VP of Events to determine which shows and events PatientPoint will participate in, the rationale and objectives for participating and the key metrics by which success will be measured.Â
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the VP of Events and Provider Solutions Marketing and Sales teams to define the event strategy Â
- Support Sales and Marketing strategies by facilitating participation in key trade shows and events that reach PatientPoint target customers, prospects, and industry influencersÂ
- Manage end-to-end trade shows and events logistics and execution, including but not limited to sponsor relations, speakers and booth staff, registration, housing, product demos and hardware, booth equipment, marketing materials, transportation arrangements, on-site services, booth staffing schedules travel and accommodation logistics, show services orders and shipping arrangementsÂ
- On-site management of trade shows and events to ensure that they operate smoothly and according to plan Â
- Monitor and report on trade show and event budgets at the event levelÂ
- Assist with marketing program execution such as collateral development, direct mail/email campaigns and digital marketing to drive leads and revenue opportunitiesÂ
- Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications to ensure pre-show and post-show communications are scheduled and sent in accordance with the event timelineÂ
- Travel to various trade shows to manage logisticsÂ
- Evaluate event performance based on marketing/sales objectives and KPIsÂ
- Ability to present and speak to internal and external stakeholdersÂ
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and PowerPointÂ
- Travel to event site locations +-30%Â
- May be required to perform other duties as assignedÂ
 What We Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Project Management, or related fieldÂ
- 5 – 8 years of experience in B2B trade show and events managementÂ
- Excellent project management skillsÂ
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis (position requires setup and moving of display materials)Â
 Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and eventsÂ
- Experience with Asana or similar project management softwareÂ
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM softwareÂ
- Experience with Cvent or similar event management softwareÂ
- Experience with iCapture or similar lead capture softwareÂ
 What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Excellent communication, organization, customer service and project management skillsÂ
- Versatility to multi-task and manage several assignments at a timeÂ
- Ability to manage projects from conception to completionÂ
- Ability problem-solve under pressureÂ
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers at a management levelÂ
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as neededÂ
