This is a part-time contract role. It is perfect for people who care about helping others in recovery and want to be part of their community.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Talk to patients at treatment centers about DynamiCare’s services
- Build trust with people in recovery by being respectful and kind
- Explain the benefits of our program and answer simple questions
- Help patients connect with our Admissions Team, usually by phone
- Work well with clinic staff to keep a professional environment
- Track your work hours accurately by checking in and out at each location
Qualifications
- Good communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude
- Ability to connect with many different types of people
- Reliable, self-motivated, and good at managing your time
- Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or peer support is a plus
Preferred:
- Personal experience in addiction recovery
- Existing connections within local recovery groups, clinics, or sober living homes in New Jersey.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and allowed to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check and security screening
- Must be able to work in person at clinic locations
- Must have a car to drive to clinics, rehab centres, and other healthcare locations.
- Must live within 25 miles of Newark, New Jersey.Â
Work Structure
- Part-time contract job
- Flexible hours
- Maximum of 20 hours per week
- You will track your hours by checking in and out at each site
Interview Process
- A first interview to see if you are a good fit for the role
- A final interview with the CEO, Clinical VP, and an Account Manager
