Design Engineer (Product Handbooks)

Role Summary

The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and publishing comprehensive product technical literature (Product Handbooks) for RAC, LC, and VRF product lines. This includes compiling and validating technical data from cross-functional teams, updating documentation based on engineering changes, and managing the product data log and website upload process to ensure accurate, up-to-date product information is readily accessible for customers and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

• Participate in conducting Products Technical Literature/Publishing (PRODUCTs HANDBOOK) or explaining products, methods, or services to help customers, sales & services understand the product and services.
• Responsible for making Literature/Publishing for Newly and Minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems orimprove effectiveness of Products Technical Literature.
• Supports in planning experiments and gathering technical data to support engineering disciplines. And provide technicalsupport to Sale & Services on multitask.
• Established Literature/Publishing (PRODUCTs HAND BOOK) by Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
   

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering field (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Related filed Engineering).
• Knowledge of HVAC (air-conditioning) systems or Experience related business.
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in the air-conditioning industry or related fields.
• New graduates are welcome.
• English language proficiency, Customer orientation.
• MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks (2D/3D)
• PowerBI, AI tools knowledge.
• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
