Compensation

$4,000 - $7,000 Per Month Commission Earning Potential

What You'll Do

As a Parts Counterperson, you'll be an important part of keeping our Service and Parts operations moving efficiently by:

• Assisting technicians, Service Advisors, and customers with identifying and locating the correct parts
• Looking up parts using dealership and manufacturer systems
• Providing accurate pricing and availability information
• Pulling and distributing parts for repair orders
• Processing parts orders and monitoring special-order items
• Maintaining accurate parts inventory and documentation
• Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and technicians
• Helping ensure parts are available to support efficient vehicle repairs
• Maintaining an organized and professional Parts Department
• Providing an exceptional customer experience with every interaction

• Previous automotive parts experience
• Dealership Parts Department experience
• Toyota parts experience
• Experience with electronic parts catalogs or dealership management systems
• Automotive service or related customer service experience
