Automation Framework Architect

We are seeking anAutomation Framework Engineer (Architect-Level) to design and own our next-generation test automation ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional QA automation, you will define theend-to-end automation strategy, integratingAI-driven testing, scalable frameworks, and enterprise DevOps tooling.

You’ll work at the intersection ofautomation architecture, AI, and platform engineering, enabling faster, smarter, and more reliable software delivery—particularly withindocument-heavy, compliance-driven environments.

What You’ll Do

• Architect scalableUI automation frameworks using:
• Playwright (primary)
• Selenium (legacy support)
• Integrate automation intoAzure DevOps (pipelines, test plans, traceability)
• DesignAI-drivenautomation leveraging:
• Azure OpenAIService (test design, regression optimization)
• Azure Document Intelligence (document validation workflows)
• Integration withClaude withAzure DevOps for all QA activities (Test Pipeline Generation, Running and Reporting on Pipeline, Script Maintenance, Generation of test cases and plans)
• Build reusableAPI testing frameworks using Postman, GraphQL, PactumJS
• EnableCI/CD orchestration, reporting, and quality insights
• Implementlogging, observability, and failure analytics
• Supportdocument-heavy workflows (compliance, disclosures, OCR validation)

Required Qualifications

• Strong skills inTypeScript, JavaScript, or C#
• Proven experience designing and implementingautomation frameworks at scale
• Deep understanding ofAI-driven testing approaches
• Strong experience withCI/CD pipelines, especiallyAzure DevOps
• Experience working withdistributed systems and integrations
• Architect-level thinking: ability to define strategy, not just implement

Nice to Have

• Experience inMortgage, FinTech, or highly regulated domains
• Experience integratingLLMs into engineering or QA workflows
