Job Summary

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will be a key member of the Network Security Professional Services team, focusing on the design, deployment, and delivery of our Next-Generation security solutions. You will serve as a technical contributor on complex customer engagements, providing expert guidance to secure customer environments. This hands-on role requires you to solve intricate problems, partner directly with customer technical teams, and lead projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build custom security policies and application signatures tailored to unique customer environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor, consulting with customers on security best practices and methodologies.
• Analyze security logs and events to provide threat analysis reports and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5 + years of experience in network security, cybersecurity, network engineering, professional services, consulting, or a related field.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access or equivalent enterprise SASE/SSE platforms.

• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise security solutions.

• Expert-level understanding of:

  • TCP/IP

  • Routing

  • BGP

  • NAT

  • DNS

  • IPSec

  • VPN

  • Firewall technologies

• Strong experience with GlobalProtect and enterprise remote-access solutions.

• Strong experience designing IPSec and BGP-based connectivity.

• Expert understanding of SASE/SSE and Zero Trust architectures.

• Strong experience with SAML, SSO, RADIUS, LDAP, PKI, and cloud Identity Providers.

• Strong experience developing and reviewing HLD/LLD and complex technical documentation.

• Proven experience leading customer-facing technical engagements.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to independently lead complex and high-impact customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert experience with Prisma Access Remote Networks, Service Connections, Mobile Users, Explicit Proxy, and Strata Cloud Manager.

• Experience with CASB, Enterprise DLP, SaaS Security, and Shadow IT.

• Experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Panorama, and other Palo Alto Networks security products.

• Experience with large-scale firewall migrations and security transformation programs.

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, or other cloud platforms.

• Palo Alto Networks certifications such as PCNSE, PCNSA, or Palo Alto Networks SSE/Prisma Access certifications.

• Experience with REST APIs, Python, Terraform, or network/security automation.
