As aHead of Real Estate Italy, you will be responsible of the Strategic Partnerships on Italy, handling partners acquisition as an individual contributor and managing one Strategic Partnership Executive in charge of Account management.

Missions :

The mission of the Strategic Partnerships team is to build, develop and scale a strong network of partnerships with key real estate and banking players. These partners refer their customers to papernest, enabling us to expand our distribution network and accelerate business growth.

AsHead of Real Estate Italy, you will own the development and performance of the Italian real estate channel. You will define and execute the commercial strategy, lead a high-performing team, manage strategic accounts and drive sustainable revenue growth.

You will act as the business owner of the Real Estate activity in Italy, combining strategic vision, operational excellence and strong execution.

Leading and executing the sales strategy
  • Build and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate papernest’s growth within the Italian real estate ecosystem.

  • Define market priorities, targets and objectives for the team.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market penetration.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key real estate players, strategic partners and industry stakeholders.

  • Personally lead negotiations and close high-impact strategic partnerships.

  • Support the team on complex deals, upselling opportunities and account strategies.

Business unit steering
  • Be fully responsible for the Real Estate Italy P&L, from revenue generation to profitability and margin optimization.

  • Monitor business performance through data-driven analysis and define action plans to achieve growth targets.

  • Identify key business drivers, improvement areas and growth levers.

  • Conduct market analysis, business cases and strategic studies to support decision-making.

  • Lead problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes and implementing scalable solutions.

  • Continuously optimize the go-to-market strategy, partnership model and commercial processes.

Team management
  • Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing Real Estate team in Italy.

  • Set clear objectives, priorities and performance standards.

  • Coach team members on sales excellence, negotiation and account management.

  • Create a culture of ownership, ambition and continuous improvement.

  • Support team members in achieving their goals and progressing within the organization.


Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development or Strategic Partnerships, including team management experience(or 3+ years in Strategy Consulting with strong commercial exposure).

  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B partnerships and managing strategic accounts.

  • Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue targets and/or a P&L.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable decisions.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, coach and inspire teams.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
