Responsibilities:

• Data collection of Vibration /temperature for the Rotary Machines such as Pumps, Fans, Blowers, Motors & Compressors etc..

• Vibration analysis for the Rotary equipment's and provide suitable action plans.

• Trouble shooting of Rotary machines and able to identify Machinery issues like Unbalance, Misalignment, Looseness, Cavitation etc..., based on Spectrum analysis.

• Able to do Dynamic balancing of Fans and other Rotary equipment's as per plant requirement.

• Perform Thermography for Motors and other Equipment bearings as per scheduled plan.

• Able to do Laser Alignment for the Rotary equipment's as per plan needs.

• Report the findings to respective Process and Maintenance team to rectify the issues.

• Good knowledge on Rotary machines and its basic working principles.

• Able to Manage the Preventive Maintenance schedules as per plan.
