PAM & IAM Engineer

Provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise Secrets Management and privileged credential environments, ensuring secure, compliant and reliable operation of secrets, credentials, authentication and certificate lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for Secrets Management platforms.
• Troubleshoot secrets access, authentication and integration-related issues.
• Support secrets and privileged credential lifecycle management.
• Perform credential rotation and lifecycle activities according to approved procedures.
• Support certificate lifecycle activities including renewal, validation and expiry management.
• Support policy configuration and operational maintenance.
• Investigate security-related incidents within the Secrets Management scope.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with IAM, infrastructure, application and security teams.
• Maintain operational procedures, runbooks and documentation.
• Ensure changes are executed through approved change-management processes.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation such as credential lifecycle monitoring and certificate-expiry notifications.

Experience

Typically 3–6 years in security operations, IAM, PAM or Secrets Management.

Education & Certifications

Graduate degree/diploma in IT, Cybersecurity or a related discipline. Relevant vendor/platform certification preferred.
