Solution Architect

We are looking for aSolution Architect to shape the target technical vision for a unified global digital ecosystem across markets. You will define solution architecture, API contracts, and phased rollout plans for loyalty, mobile commerce, digital payments, and cloud-native integrations on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Define the target-state architecture to unify international markets while integrating with legacy systems
• Assess technologies, vendor products, and cloud services to select and design the best-fit tech stack for loyalty, payments, and commerce modules
• Produce Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), high-level designs, API contracts, and non-functional requirements covering security, scalability, and performance
• Create detailed implementation roadmaps, milestone plans, and phased migration strategies to reduce business disruption during rollout
• Collaborate closely with product management, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business goals and budget constraints
• Set engineering governance, code review standards, and architectural guardrails across development squads
• Drive end-to-end technical implementation planning to ensure full realization of project business value
• Coach multi-geo, cross-functional engineering, architecture, and DevOps squads

Requirements

• Proven 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, with deep expertise in Cloud-Native Microservices on AWS and distributed systems
• Working knowledge of Loyalty Management Systems and Payment Gateways
• Familiarity with Data Platforms such as Databricks
• Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including OAuth and PCI-DSS
• Strong ability to produce Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), high-level designs, and API contracts
• Demonstrated skills in defining non-functional requirements for security, scalability, and performance
• Track record of leading multi-geo, cross-functional engineering and DevOps teams
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

• Professional or native fluency in Spanish
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification
• TOGAF certification
• Prior experience working with global QSR technology ecosystems
