Role Overview:
We’re seeking astrategic Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising efforts across three distinct, locally operated businesses, and looking for someone who understands how to generatequalified local leads, bookings, and foot traffic for service-based businesses where conversion paths are often offline or multi-touch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Local)
- TikTok/Spark Ads (as influencer collaborations scale)
- Developchannel-specific strategies tailored to local service businesses (not templated e-commerce funnels)
- Drivelead generation, bookings, and in-store visits
- Design and implementtracking and attribution frameworks for offline and hybrid conversion journeys
- Define and monitor KPIs beyond standard ROAS (e.g., CPL, CAC, LTV proxies, booking rates, show-up rates)
- Conduct audience research, geo-targeting, and local market segmentation
- Continuously test creatives, offers, and landing page strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders onoffer positioning and campaign messaging
- Participate inweekly (or twice-weekly) sync calls, with otherwise async communication
- Proven experience managing paid media forlocal, service-based businesses such as:
- Med spas
- Dental clinics
- Chiropractors
- Appointment-based businesses
- Demonstrated ability toscale ad spend profitably
- Experience using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge with CRM and email tools
- Strong understanding oflocal lead generation funnels and customer journeys
- Strategic mindset — able tobuild frameworks from scratch, not rely on cookie-cutter e-commerce playbooks
- Experience withconversion tracking in low-visibility environments (offline conversions, call tracking, CRM integrations)
- Ability to define success metrics in ambiguous environments
