Group IT Admin Lead - End User Software & Cellular Services

You know the work behind the scenes that keeps teams connected and ready to go? This is it. As our Group IT Admin Lead – End User Software & Cellular Services, you’ll help make sure our people have the software and mobile services they need to get the job done, wherever the job takes them.

This is a great role for someone who likes variety, enjoys improving how things work, and wants to build their career across IT, vendor management, and business-facing delivery. You’ll work across a broad portfolio, shape better ways of working, and have real influence on what good looks like in this space.

Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of end user software and cellular services across the business.
• Work with leaders and vendors to shape, deliver, and improve software and mobile service plans.
• Manage renewals, provisioning, cancellations, and reporting so people get what they need without unnecessary cost.
• Spot opportunities to simplify, consolidate, and improve systems, services, and processes.
• Support field-based teams with practical, reliable solutions that keep them connected and moving.

• Experience in IT administration, software asset management, licensing, telecommunications, or a similar role.
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
