• Pay:$40,000.00-$60,000.00 performance-based bonuses
• Schedule:Full Time

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and answer phones professionally.
• Assist customers with parts inquiries, availability, and orders.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and service teams by phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate and order parts for repairs and customer needs.
• Create invoices and process payments, returns, warranties, and core credits.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct inventory counts.
• Keep the parts counter, stockroom, and work area clean and organized.
• Accurately identify and specify part

What You'll Bring

• 2 or more years of experience, required.
• Dealership experience required. Toyota experience a plus!
• CDK experience!
• General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
• Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills
• Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record
• Computer proficient
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess the ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere

Total Rewards

Est.
