- The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000-$155,000 USD Annual. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
The position is accountable for ownership of key data technologies including Snowflake, Power BI, Informatica, and related integration platforms, ensuring scalable, reliable, and cost-effective data solutions across the enterprise. The role is fully remote. Applicants in different states are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Leadership & Team ManagementÂ
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and BI developersÂ
- Establish delivery standards, performance expectations, and career development plansÂ

-Â Foster a high-performing engineering culture focused on accountability, delivery excellence, innovation, operational maturity, and continuous improvement
Data Platform OwnershipÂ
- Own and manage enterprise data platforms including Snowflake, Informatica, and Power BIÂ
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, reliability, and securityÂ
- Drive standardization of data engineering practices, architecture, and delivery frameworksÂ
-Â Drive modernization of enterprise data architecture, integration patterns, and cloud data capabilitiesÂ
- Establish scalable DataOps and platform governance practices to improve reliability, observability, and delivery efficiency
Portfolio & Delivery ManagementÂ
- Manage a large portfolio of data and analytics demand across business functionsÂ
- Prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectivesÂ
- Design and implement repeatable, scalable solutions to improve speed and consistency of deliveryÂ
Roadmap & Financial ManagementÂ
- Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps for data and analytics platformsÂ
- Lead annual budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing financial managementÂ
- Optimize platform costs while maintaining service quality and delivery timelinesÂ
Solution Design & OptimizationÂ
- Evaluate solution viability including technical feasibility, cost, and long-term sustainabilityÂ
- Continuously improve platforms to increase delivery velocity and operational efficiencyÂ
- Drive modernization initiatives to enhance data architecture and integration capabilitiesÂ
AI & Self-Service EnablementÂ
- Expand AI-enabled services and capabilities within the data platform ecosystemÂ
- Enhance business self-service analytics through governed datasets and reporting frameworksÂ
- Increase adoption of scalable, reusable data products across the organizationÂ
Stakeholder CollaborationÂ
- Build strong partnerships across IT (Infrastructure, Applications, Security) and business unitsÂ
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with enterprise standardsÂ
- Ensure transparent communication of priorities, progress, risks, and outcomesÂ
QualificationsÂ
RequiredÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)Â
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligenceÂ
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teamsÂ
- Strong expertise with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, ETL/ELT tools, Power BI)Â
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing competing demandsÂ
- Demonstrated experience developing roadmaps and managing budgetsÂ
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsÂ
PreferredÂ
- Experience with enterprise data platform modernization and cloud data architecturesÂ
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management practicesÂ
- Experience implementing self-service analytics frameworks at scaleÂ
- Exposure to AI/ML or intelligent automation within data platformsÂ
