Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivatedBusiness Analystto join a large-scale Project Governance and Delivery engagement for a leading Systemic Greek bank. The selected professionals will strengthen the client's Business Analysis Team, providing capacity enhancement and operational support across multiple concurrent projects within the banking sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid -experienced solid Business Analysts who want to work on high-impact initiatives within one of the largest Systemic Banks in Greece, as part of Quento Technologies' Business consulting practice.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Elicit and document business requirements using structured techniques;
• Prepare and maintain key artefacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, mockups (where needed), test scenarios, and process manuals;
• Ensure all deliverables are consistent, traceable, and aligned with the project's phase and objectives;
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and overall delivery activities;
• Operate concurrently across 2 to 4 projects, depending on complexity;
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices across domains;
• Act as a trusted partner to both Business and IT stakeholders, challenging assumptions constructively while maintaining strong working relationships;
• Perform gap analysis (As-Is vs. To-Be) and process modeling (BPMN or equivalent);
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services;
• Familiarity with project lifecycle phases, in either Agile or Waterfall frameworks;
• Strong core Business Analysis competencies: requirements elicitation, requirements documentation (BRD, user stories), business scenario preparation and execution, process modeling, and gap analysis;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Adaptability and comfort working across multiple concurrent projects;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation quality;
• Fluency in English; Greek language skills are a plus.
