Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Manage and execute on implementations & projects for customersÂ
- Perform detailed discovery with customers around their CRM usage and translate that to Outreach integration functionalityÂ
- Be a subject matter expert on a multitude of Outreach technologies, acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholdersÂ
- Partner with Program & Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Trainers, and customer stakeholders to successfully drive projects to completionÂ
- Distill information from a variety of sources to inform complex configuration setupÂ
- Explore all relevant client processes to build successful integrationsÂ
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflowsÂ
- Collaborate with client technical experts to establish a thorough configuration testing planÂ
Our Vision of You
Experienced Technical Consultant -  you have 4-5 years of experience working in a SaaS consulting role, with at least 2 years of experience in a technical or support roleÂ
Technical Aptitude - You have a history of mastering new technologies and technical skills quickly and efficiently. You also have a demonstrated ability to enact creative technical testing and troubleshooting processesÂ
Consultant & Trusted Advisor  - You have the ability to discover the “how” and “why” of proposed solutions to determine feasibility and suggest alternativesÂ
Strategic Problem Solver - You have a history of collaborating with teammates and enterprise level customers to solve difficult problems. You have a willingness to theorize about complex integration solutions while also being able to jump in and get things doneÂ
Exceptional Communication Skills - You have Experience in successfully collaborating with client contacts at all levels of the organization chart and translating complex technical topics into language that can be understood by non-technical stakeholdersÂ
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to speak with expert knowledge about a broad spectrum of technical topics including APIs, CRM Integration, security, privacy, and integrationsÂ
Exposure to AI-enabled technologies (e.g., AI-driven workflows, copilots, predictive analytics, or automation features) with ability to configure, enable, or support AI functionalityÂ
Familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologiesÂ
Admin certification with a CRM, such as Salesforce or Dynamics, or another SaaS platformÂ
Track record of leading with optimism to help others persevere in difficult situationsÂ
Expertise in working with a Sales Engagement PlatformÂ
History of working with internal Product or Engineering teams to improve product features and capabilitiesÂ
