• Schedule:We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Answer calls and assist customers professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend services.
• Explain repairs, costs, and completion timelines.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and inspections.
• Obtain approval for repairs and service recommendations.
• Provide accurate estimates and repair updates.
• Coordinate repair orders with technicians.
• Process payments and deliver completed vehicles.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service process.
• Follow company customer service and communication standards.

What You'll Bring

• Previous parts advisor experience, preferred
• CDK experience, a plus
• Understand basic automotive components and systems
• Automotive dealership service experience is a plus
• Any automotive certifications is a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $44,000 to $93,000 . This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location
