Otis กำลังเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง และกำลังมองหาช่างบริการ (Service Mechanic) เพื่อร่วมทีมในประเทศไทย โดยหน้าที่หลักของคุณคือการดูแลความปลอดภัยของผู้โดยสารและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทางเทคนิค ผ่านการบำรุงรักษาลิฟต์และบันไดเลื่อนให้ทำงานได้อย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ

ลักษณะงาน (What You Will Do)

ในแต่ละวัน คุณจะ:

• ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาและให้บริการลิฟต์ในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบให้ครบถ้วนตามแผนงาน (100%)

• ดูแลและบริหารจัดการลิฟต์ในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• ตอบสนองต่อเหตุขัดข้องอย่างรวดเร็วและเชิงรุก โดยมุ่งเน้นการแก้ไขให้สำเร็จตั้งแต่ครั้งแรก (First-time fix)

• ดำเนินการซ่อมแซมเล็กน้อย เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

• ประสานงานและสื่อสารกับลูกค้าโดยตรงที่หน้างาน เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (What You Will Need to Be Successful)

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตร (Diploma) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องทางเทคนิค

• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์

• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจลิฟต์อย่างน้อย12 เดือน

• มีความรู้และทักษะด้านไฟฟ้าและวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า

• มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ และให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยเป็นอันดับแรก

• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี

• มีความอยากเรียนรู้ ปรับตัวได้ดี และสามารถทำงานได้ทั้งแบบเดี่ยวและเป็นทีม

• สามารถใช้เครื่องมืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์และดิจิทัลในการทำงานได้

Role Overview

Otis is growing and is looking for a service mechanic for one of our entities located in Thailand. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.

On a typical day you will:

• Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory

• Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it

• Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix

• Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation

• Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship

What you will need to be successful

• Minimum diploma or certificate in technical field

• Hold a driver's license

• At least 12 months of experience in the elevator sector

• Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering

• A committed professional, with safety as your priority

• Comfortable communicating to others

• Curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team

• Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
