Job Description
- Expert with an understanding of operational technology
- Deep knowledge about networking OT (IT)
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, routing, switching
- OT protocols: Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, Profibus, BACnet, etc.
- IT protocols: DNS, DHCP, SNMP, HTTPS, NTP, etc.
- Firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and network segmentation
- Network monitoring and performance tuning
- Cybersecurity – CARBON, NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001/27019 standards
- Network hardening for both IT and OT environments
- Identity and access management (IAM)
- Threat detection and incident response (aligned with IT department)
- Infrastructure, servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Storage systems and disaster recovery
- Active Directory, LDAP
- Endpoint and patch management tools
- Backup & restore procedures
- Clear understanding of GxP, SOP and CSV as they are defined
- Proven ability to develop, implement and review
Scope of Work: User administration
- Troubleshooting and rectification of failures and disruptions
- Maintenance of the infrastructure (e.g., platforms, network, etc.)
- Review of event logs and audit trails
- Backup and recovery
- Other CSV-relevant activities
- Adjustments to the infrastructure
- Identification and implementation of system improvements
