Orthodontic Assistant – Full-Time

Hashem Orthodontics is looking for a dependable and friendly Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:15 a.m.–approximately 5:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8:15 a.m.–approximately 1:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.
• Must be available to work at both office locations

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during patient visits
• Prepare and clean treatment areas
• Sterilize instruments
• Take X-rays, photos, and digital scans once trained
• Educate patients on braces, aligners, and oral care
• Keep accurate patient records
• Help maintain a clean and organized office
• Provide friendly and professional patient care

Qualifications

• Orthodontic or dental experience is a plus but not required
• Dependable and punctual
• Willing to learn and accept feedback
• Friendly and comfortable working with patients
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to both locations
