Ihre Aufgaben
Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Montage- und Justagearbeiten präzise und gemäß den vorgegebenen Spezifikationen durchgeführt werden.
Dabei ĂĽbernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie fĂĽhren mechanische und elektromechanische Montagearbeiten an Produktkomponenten, Baugruppen und Unterbaugruppen durch.
- Sie arbeiten auf Basis von technischen Zeichnungen, Blaupausen und definierten Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Prozeduren.
- Sie führen Justageschritte an optischen Prüfständen sorgfältig und zuverlässig durch.
- Sie halten dabei konsequent alle Prozeduren, Spezifikationen und Toleranzvorgaben ein.
- Sie bauen Baugruppen auf, nehmen Anpassungen vor und stellen die Einhaltung der Toleranzen gemäß den Blaupausenspezifikationen sicher.
- Sie ĂĽbernehmen optische Inspektionen sowie die Reinigung von Optiken und Bauteilen im Reinraum der Klasse ISO 5.
Minimum Qualifications
Ihr Profil / Das bringen Sie mit
- Sie verfügen über2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der opto‑mechanischen Montage und Justage.
- Sie haben eineabgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als
- Industriemechaniker / Feinmechaniker,
- Mechatroniker oder
- Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme.
- Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, qualitätsbewusst und haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
- Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Arbeiten nach definierten Prozessen und im Reinraumumfeld.
