Position Summary

As aPRN Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care on an as-needed basis. You will support the care team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and overseedirect patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team
• Support and superviseLPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate and timelyclinical documentation
• Ensure compliance withstate, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active, unencumberedRN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience withPointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Compassion for an underserved population
