The Enterprise Systems, Platforms & Enablement (ESPE) department is responsible for driving the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide technology solutions. ESPE enables business agility by ensuring systems, data, and processes are integrated, reliable, and scalable. With an eye on emerging technologies, ESPE is advancing the organization’s vision to implement agentic AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation to optimize workflows and deliver smarter, faster outcomes across the enterprise.Â

Role Summary:Â Â
The Technical Business Owner – Tier 2 is a senior-level role within ESPE, accountable for designing and overseeing enterprise system integrations, automation strategies, and AI-enabled workflows. This role requires deep technical expertise, with the ability to design and validate complex system architectures, APIs, and data lineage across platforms.Â

Job Scope/Supervision:Â
Reports to: Director of ESPE / Technical LeadershipÂ
Supervises:May mentor or guide Tier 1 TBOs, analysts, and technical contributors. Collaborates extensively with QA, Data Engineering, EPMO, OCM, and Product stakeholders.Â
Â
Duties and Responsibilities:Â
Lead solution design for system integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture improvements.Â
Create advanced UML diagrams, sequence flows, and technical architecture blueprints to guide engineering teams.Â
Oversee end-to-end API lifecycle management including design, validation, testing, and governance.Â
Define and enforce data lineage and data quality frameworks, ensuring enterprise-grade accuracy and compliance.Â
Actively deploy and coordinate enablement of agentic and generative AI agents across workflows and business functions.Â
Partner with QA to establish automation frameworks and define robust acceptance criteria.Â
Provide technical leadership for cross-functional projects, supporting escalations and complex troubleshooting.Â
Serve as an architectural advisor to stakeholders, ensuring proposed changes align with enterprise standards.Â
Mentor Tier 1 TBOs and support their development in systems design, technical communication, and AI awareness.Â
Contribute to ESPE’s long-term vision of intelligent automation and scalable AI adoption.Â

Required Experience/Qualifications:Â
7+ years of experience in systems integration, enterprise architecture, or technical product ownership.Â
Proven expertise in systems architecture, microservices, and cloud-native integration patterns.Â
Advanced proficiency in API design, validation, and governance frameworks.Â
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and data pipeline design.Â
Ability to create and validate complex UML, BPMN, and sequence diagrams.Â
Proven record of deploying AI-driven automation or intelligent agents within enterprise workflows.Â
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Â

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:Â
Experience in telecommunications or SaaS enterprise environments.Â
Familiarity with MS 365 CRM, ServiceNow, Power BI, Informatica, and workflow automation platforms.Â
Hands-on knowledge of machine learning operations (MLOps) or AI deployment pipelines.Â
Certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF), data management (CDMP), or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).Â
Background in compliance-heavy industries and understanding of regulatory requirements for data systems.Â
Demonstrated success mentoring technical teams or leading architecture reviews.Â

Hours/Travel/Shift:Â
Standard business hours, with flexibility to support cross-time zone collaboration.Â
Occasional travel may be required (<10%), depending on projects.Â
