Are you an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, large-scale event environments? Crown Perth is seeking a Service Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional events and conferences, ensuring seamless operations, outstanding guest experiences, and high-performing teams. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed large functions, conferences, banquets, and high-volume events and is comfortable working across a 24/7 operation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the operational delivery of events and conferences from set-up through to completion.
• Manage and mentor event service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Build strong relationships with clients and event organisers.
• Ensure events operate efficiently, safely, and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Event Planning, Event Sales, and Culinary teams.

What You'll Bring

• Significant experience managing large-scale events, conferences, banquets, or similar high-volume hospitality operations.
• Minimum 2 years' leadership experience within event operations or a comparable environment.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Sound financial acumen with experience managing labour and operational cost
