Senior Presales Solution Engineer

We are looking for a customer-facingSenior Presales Solution Engineer who will support the sales organization by understanding customer needs, shaping relevant solution approaches, and effectively communicating the technical value of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate solution proposals
- Act as the trusted technical advisor of the sales team throughout the sales cycle including RFI/RFP process
- Lead customer discovery sessions, technical presentations, workshops and product demonstrations
- Present solution capabilities, business value proposition and key differentiators in a clear and compelling manner to managers, directors and C-level executives
- Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and customer-facing solution documents
- Collaborate with sales, engineering and other technical teams to shape the most suitable solution
- Address customer questions and concerns with a solution-oriented and consultative approach
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably 10–12 years
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, solution consulting, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong experience working directly with enterprise customers
- Confident in leading customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in a simple, structured and persuasive manner
- General knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, cloud solutions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Adapt to different customer profiles, manage ambiguity and respond effectively in dynamic discussions
- Based in Istanbul and available for customer visits when required
- Good command of written and spoken English
