Project Planner / Scheduler

Velox Electro Nordics is looking for a Project Planner / Scheduler to support one of our ongoing projects. This is a key role focused on planning, coordination, and real-time progress tracking.

🔧 Responsibilities

Create and maintain project schedules based on input from different disciplines

Continuously update progress (completed, ongoing, delayed tasks)

Collect and verify information from site teams

Ensure the schedule reflects actual project status in real time

Follow up with stakeholders to gather accurate data

Support coordination between teams on site

🎯 Requirements

Experience in planning, coordination, or project support roles

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proactive attitude – comfortable following up and asking for updates

Ability to manage multiple inputs and keep structure

Basic understanding of construction, electrical or infrastructure projects is a plus

Experience with planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, or similar) is an advantage
