Qualifications::
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Oracle Apps R12.2 administration from a DBA standpoint.
- Support the lifecycle management of business-critical applications including installing patches, performing upgrades, managing releases, and handling administration activities.
- User Administration.
- Daily monitoring of Oracle Applications and Database environments as part of regular health checks and addressing any identified issues.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams for code migrations across various environments/instances.
- Hands-on experience in setting up Disaster Recovery solutions such as Oracle Data Guard (DG), Active Data Guard (ADG), and High Availability (HA) environments.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 12c or 13c monitoring.
- Experience with Oracle Database and Application performance tuning.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support for P1 critical production issues.
- Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 administration.
- Experience in application patching, cloning, upgrades, and release management.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in production support environments with SLA-driven support models.
- Strong incident management and problem-resolution skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and support critical business operations.
