Plant Controller w German

Our product portfolio focuses on hybrid engine components, rotor shafts for electric vehicles, and steering components — serving leading OEMs, with Volkswagen as our largest customer.

Experienced Plant Controller to support the finance organization and management team. The role combines hands-on controlling with strategic business partnering in a growing international group. 

Requirements:

- Strong expertise in controlling and finance (liquidity planning, budgeting, performance management)
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Profound knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO) and IT-driven process optimization
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with solid business understanding
- Experience in working with management and private equity investors
- Focus on risk management, compliance, and transparency
- The Plant Controller will collaborate closely with headquarters in Saxony-Anhalt
