Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads enterprise-wide inventory planning and execution to optimize product availability, cost, and flow across multiple channels. About the team:
The D72 Consumer Electronics Merchandise Execution team drives operational excellence across inventory, supply chain, pricing, and strategic initiatives within one of Walmart’s largest businesses. The team transforms complex priorities into scalable solutions, delivering measurable business impact through strong execution and problem-solving. Leading key projects such as major integrations and inventory discipline improvements, the team fosters a collaborative culture where associates are empowered to innovate, challenge processes, and develop capabilities. Combining operational expertise with cross-functional partnerships, the team continuously advances inventory management and replenishment strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
What you'll do:

Lead lifecycle inventory planning to optimize sales, profitability, and customer availability through strategic supplier partnerships and execution excellence.
Oversee launch forecasts, seasonal and promotional planning, ensuring inventory alignment with enterprise objectives and merchandising priorities.
Drive root cause analysis and implement recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock challenges and improve inventory health.
Manage network-wide inventory flows, balancing availability, cost, and speed while responding to disruptions and inventory imbalances.
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed inventory strategies that enhance availability and reduce costs.
Develop and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement in replenishment and inventory management.

What you'll bring:

Extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain, and inventory planning to optimize product availability and cost efficiency.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
Strong expertise in root cause analysis and execution of corrective actions to resolve inventory and replenishment challenges.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution across complex networks, aligning supply plans with business objectives.
Proficiency in leveraging enterprise systems and data analytics to drive inventory health and operational improvements.
Commitment to integrity, ethical leadership, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
